WHICH CREDIT CARDS DOES POSE BAKERY ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

DOES POSE BAKERY SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We do not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy.

I WOULD LIKE MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT ON A FUTURE DATE.

If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please choose the desired delivery date on the calendar during the checkout process.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONLINE?

Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you on UPS.com.

IF I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS OR DO NOT WISH TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY POSE BAKERY PRODUCTS?

All of our products can be stored in a covered container and placed in a standard freezer for up to 3 months.

IF THE ITEM IS DELAYED IN SHIPMENT OR NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECTLY OR INSUFFICIENTLY ENTERED ADDRESS, WILL POSE BAKERY RESHIP THE ITEM?

Example: Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ORDERED FROM MRS. POSE BAKERY?

Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our bakery we cannot accept returns. For more information please email info@posebakery.com or call us at 1 800-636-4462 so we can better serve you. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THAT WILL BE SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

You will be able to choose multiple shipping locations during the checkout process. Please feel free to email us or call our customer service department at 1 800-636-4462 about any concerns you may have.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP POSE BAKERY PRODUCTS?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States that is within a 2-day standard delivery area from our bakery.

WILL MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE FRESH?

Yes

HOW ARE POSE BAKERY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Frozen in styro container, box shrink wrapped, ice packs surround product

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Each product is shipped based on weight, box size through UPS. UPS standard rates apply and vary per order.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO USE OF A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other coupon or applied to previous purchases. Maximum discount of $50 per order per customer. This promotion is not valid for bulk foodservice orders that use the Mrs Pose Bakery corporate spreadsheet. Discounts do not apply to Monthly Clubs as they are already discounted.
