A Mrs. Pose specialty features layers of flavor. We start with a layer of moist yellow cake, sweet tart lemon filling, then a layer of our creamy vanilla cheesecake, add another layer of lemon filling and yellow cake. All covered with coconut mousse frosting and finished with real coconut around the sides, and a lemon filling feather decoration on top.
